Quieten The Gremlins

"Dealing with the inner critic" is one of the hardest things we have to do as human beings.
The inner critic is that little voice inside our head that constantly tells us we’re not good enough, or that we can’t do something. It's the voice that tells us we're not thin enough, smart enough, or successful enough.
The inner critic can be incredibly destructive if left unchecked. It can prevent us from taking risks, trying new things, or pursuing our dreams. It can make us feel small, unworthy, and incapable.
You want to achieve your goals, but you’re not sure how. It seems like everyone else can do it, but for some reason you can’t seem to make any progress.
