With nearly three decades of experience across multiple sectors and continents, I bring real world leadership insight into every coaching conversation.
From early policing roots to a 20 year senior management career, I have coached leaders at General Director and Ministerial levels in Kosovo and Afghanistan.
For over 15 years, I guided senior leadership teams in the security and justice sector, experiencing both the triumphs of high achievement and the hard lessons of setbacks.
Today, I continue to coach leaders and teams in organisations including UNIDO and Coventry Building Society, helping them navigate growth and change with confidence insight.
